WHAT IS YOGA?? Yoga is a practice done in many parts of the world. But Now the question arises what is yoga.?? Any one can do wiki..But  you cannot find the meaning of yoga,you can only find what is yoga,but not in reality. So here we go..... Yoga is a practice...In simple words yoga is a a set of exercise, which enables us to live the real world. Yoga is a posture for  mental , physical and spiritual practices. Yoga was first started in India, ancient India. When the wise saints started it, and they live 500yrs or may be more. They knew how to live prosperous life.... Without wasting energy.... How to be energetic whole day= There are a lots of ways to be energetic whole day. Here are many ways. First of all start your day by doing these activities. As you wake up in the morning, go and fresh, then take one glass of a warm water with some lemon juice in it. After that get ready  for exercise. First of all do the all poses of SURYA NAMASKAR. After that do other exercises... Like KAPALABHANTI, TADAASANA, BHUJANGASAANA,ANULOM-VILOM. AFTER DOING THESE EXERCISES FOR 2-3MONTHS YOU WILL SEE A CHANGE IN YOURSELF. YOGA AND EXERCISES ARE VERY ESSENTIAL FOR OUR BODY. THUS INCREASING BLOOD CIRCULATION WHICH GIVES US ENERGETIC WITH BURNING OF GLUCOSE IN OUR BODY. FOR MORE EXERCISES SEE OTHER POSTS. What is destiny??? . . . . . . . . In my opinion destiny is nothing but a losers mindset for all his loss. If a  person has  deeds, to achieve his goal ,no one will come in his path,neither anyone will disturb him. After hardworking ,he will achieve his goal and what he received at the end is the destiny(goal). So nothing is destiny,it's only a weak person's mindset. Evans
