How to be energetic whole day= There are a lots of ways to be energetic whole day. Here are many ways. First of all start your day by doing these activities. After that do other exercises... Like KAPALABHANTI, TADAASANA, BHUJANGASAANA,ANULOM-VILOM. AFTER DOING THESE EXERCISES FOR 2-3MONTHS YOU WILL SEE A CHANGE IN YOURSELF.
