As I have explained in my last post about meditation...in this post I will be talking about effects of Meditation.so carry on_-

Meditation is nothing but the art of balancing our life.
Meditation is the practice where an individual focuses his/her mind on a particular thought, so that he can achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state.
Meditation is that practice which gives you deep rest in all aspects.
Meditation is that activity in which a person just sits in a stable position and allows the mind to dissolve.
Meditation is that approach for training the mind like what we do physical activities to train our body.

Here are some positive effects of meditation_-


1) first of all meditation improves concentration.
2) by doing meditation, we encourage to live a healthy lifestyle.
3) meditation is also called anti aging therapy,so it slows aging.
4) meditation reduces stress.
5)we start to live a happier life.
6)it benefits immune system and cardiovascular health.
7)It increases our confidence.
8) Meditation increases chances of acceptance.




When you start preparing your body and mind for Meditation, your mind becomes used to of this process.

And gradually you become calm ,mind becomes deep, the flow of negativity or negative thoughts stops,increasing our sense of understanding and learning.



°•° Meditation is  not a one day process.it takes time.

We can just take an example of  a seed, the seed only grow in certain circumstances, when it is given rain , sunlight and other nutrition which is required by seed, then only the seed starts to grow day-to-day.
And one day to a big  tree.🌲
That is what same with meditation,you will need some time everyday., And one day you will develop that big tree of Meditation in you.
