WHAT IS YOGA??
Yoga is a practice done in many parts of the world.
But Now the question arises what is yoga.??
Any one can do wiki..But you cannot find the meaning of yoga,you can only find what is yoga,but not in reality.
So here we go.....
Yoga is a practice...In simple words yoga is a a set of exercise, which enables us to live the real world.
Yoga is a posture for mental , physical and spiritual practices.
Yoga was first started in India, ancient India.
When the wise saints started it, and they live 500yrs or may be more.
They knew how to live prosperous life.... Without wasting energy....
Yoga is now celebrated as national yoga day.
Yoga is of different kind, difficult poses,some are easy ones.
Some useful and the best ones are here, which are easy to do and which I personally prefer to all my friends and my kind readers.
They are--
SURYANAMASKAR, KAPALABHANTI, TADAASANA, BHUJANGASAANA, AND THE MOUNTAIN POSE.
THESE YOGA POSES ARE EXTREMELY BENEFICIAL FOR ALL AGES.. Especially for those who are in between 25 to 50.
So I think it is sufficient for today.
