Here are many ways.
First of all start your day by doing these activities.
As you wake up in the morning, go and fresh, then take one glass of a warm water with some lemon juice in it.
After that get ready for exercise.
First of all do the all poses of SURYA NAMASKAR.
After that do other exercises...
Like KAPALABHANTI, TADAASANA, BHUJANGASAANA,ANULOM-VILOM.
AFTER DOING THESE EXERCISES FOR 2-3MONTHS YOU WILL SEE A CHANGE IN YOURSELF.
YOGA AND EXERCISES ARE VERY ESSENTIAL FOR OUR BODY.
THUS INCREASING BLOOD CIRCULATION WHICH GIVES US ENERGETIC WITH BURNING OF GLUCOSE IN OUR BODY.
